Registered Migration Agents
Our consultants are registered as Registered Migration Agents (RMA) with the Australian Government. Registration is carried out by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and is a legal requirement for providing binding advice on Australian visa and migration matters.
Registered Migration Agents must comply with strict legislative requirements and a binding Code of Conduct set out in legislation, which ensures ethical behaviour, transparency and professional competence. They must demonstrate their knowledge on a regular basis and renew their registration annually.
For our clients, this means advice that is based on the current state of Australian migration law – legally compliant, professional and independently overseen.

Our consultants are also licensed as Licensed Immigration Advisers (LIA) in New Zealand. The licence is issued by the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) and is legally required to provide immigration advice on New Zealand visas and immigration matters.
Licensed Immigration Advisers must demonstrate extensive expertise in New Zealand immigration law, complete regular professional development, and comply with a binding Code of Conduct. This code requires transparency, confidentiality, fairness and acting in the best interests of clients.
This ensures that you, as a client, are also represented by qualified and legally authorised professionals for New Zealand – competent, independent and with the highest professional standards.
