All of our advisors are based in Australia and offer appointments on weekdays during Australian business hours.
Please note that consultations are not available on weekends or Australian public holidays.
03 What do I need for the consultation?
To provide you with the best possible advice, we use an online questionnaire. It collects the most important information, and you can also upload your CV if available.
Particularly for skilled visas, details about qualifications and work experience are very helpful for preparation.
You can save the questionnaire at any time and complete it later in your own time – giving you full flexibility in preparing for the consultation.
04 How can I prepare?
Thanks to your online questionnaire, we can prepare specifically for your case and use the consultation time as effectively as possible – no meeting ever begins unprepared on our side.
From your side, no additional preparation is needed after booking. If any questions remain open, we will of course clarify them directly during the consultation.
05 Do you provide support beyond the initial consultation?
Yes, the initial consultation is only the beginning. If you wish, we can accompany you throughout the entire visa process – from the application itself to necessary intermediate steps such as skills assessments, all the way to communication with the authorities.

06 What happens after the initial consultation?
In the initial consultation, you will receive a realistic and honest assessment of your options. If we identify feasible next steps together, we can advise and represent you throughout the entire visa process.
For this, you will receive a transparent cost estimate and a clearly structured fee proposal.
07 Can I get an overview of the costs for the entire visa process before booking?
A general cost overview is unfortunately not possible beforehand, as every case is individual.
Depending on your personal circumstances and goals, different strategies may be appropriate – each with different levels of effort and associated costs.
During the initial consultation, however, you will receive a solid assessment of your options and, based on that, a transparent overview of the expected costs.
08 Can I apply for my visa during a visa consultation?
No. Visa applications cannot be lodged over the phone or during the consultation itself.
The consultation is designed to assess your options, clarify requirements, and outline the next steps. Once you decide to proceed after the consultation, we are happy to prepare your application thoroughly and submit it in the correct format.
