Investor and Entrepreneur Visas for Australia
Australian visa solutions for business professionals and investors.
Australia’s traditional Investor/Entrepreneur Program (including Subclass 188/888) is no longer open for new applications. Depending on your individual circumstances and goals, however, alternative pathways to Australia may still exist — for example through the National Innovation Program, the employer-independent General Skilled Migration program or employer-sponsored skilled visas. Which option is most suitable needs to be assessed individually.
Australia has closed its Business Innovation & Investment Program (BIIP) for new applicants. As a result, the previously common pathways via Subclass 188/888 are no longer available to new candidates.
This change affects many who had planned to migrate through investment or business establishment. At the same time, several alternative options have opened up for different applicant profiles. In some cases, the partner of an entrepreneur may even be the stronger main applicant for a skilled visa. We support you in assessing your options and choosing the best way forward.
